Manual harvest in crates during the second week of September, direct pressing of whole grapes, destemming and maceration of grapes in steel tanks for 10-15 days at a constant temperature of 18/20 °C. Traditional punch-downs several times a day. Extraction of the must by soft pressing of the grape skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Bright straw yellow color. Sweet scents of yellow-fleshed fruit and delicate spicy notes on the nose. Full, enveloping, elegant. Sapidity and persistence in the finish.

Golden yellow color, on the nose it is full-bodied, with sensations of just ripe olives, olive leaves, almonds, and mature Golden apple. Fluid, it reveals a soft taste in the mouth, immediately sweet with robust hints of spiciness reminiscent of chili pepper, in balance with the bitterness of wild chicory. The final sensations are characterized by fresh walnut, pine nut, and ripe fruit.
